UMGC is seeking one vendor to provide radio and podcast advertising services targeting veteran and military-affiliated audiences.

Key Deliverables / Channels

Work: Radio advertising, podcast advertising, long-form audio content production, scheduling and copy services, media recommendations, reporting, reconciliation, and performance analysis. Channels: Local, national, and international radio; vendor radio network and affiliates; geo-targeted podcast stations; UMGC webpages.

Budget

The cumulative value of all services performed under the resulting contract shall not exceed $1,000,000. No reimbursables are associated with the contract; all expenses, including domestic travel, must be included in pricing.

  • Competitive Sealed Proposals
  • It is intended that one contract will result from the solicitation.
  • Initial term is one year from full execution.
  • UMGC may renew for up to a cumulative total of four additional years, at its sole discretion, with no increase in the anticipated cumulative dollar value.

Eligibility / Must Haves

  • At least two similar case studies from the last four years; higher education clients preferred
  • SOC 2 Type 2 audit preferred, or completed HECVAT acceptable
