Zscaler is a cloud-based cybersecurity and SaaS company. Symmetry Systems focuses on identity mapping and data access for AI security. Global-e Acquired Passport — Deal Value: $350M

Global-e is a platform for global direct-to-consumer e-commerce. Passport is a U.S.-based cross-border logistics company. Global-e is buying Passport to deepen its logistics capabilities and improve the post-purchase experience for merchants and international customers. The move gives Global-e more control across fulfillment, delivery, returns, duty clearance, and customs brokerage.

Voltera and Revel Agreed To Combine

Voltera builds and operates infrastructure networks for autonomous ride-hail fleets. Revel brings an established urban footprint and operating expertise. The companies are combining to create a scaled EV infrastructure platform for autonomous vehicles, electric fleets, and ride-hail deployment in dense urban markets. The combined platform is expected to include more than 1,000 charging stalls across 11 major U.S. metro markets.

Coupa acquired Tonkean

Coupa is a cloud-native trade network for autonomous spend management. Tonkean is an agentic intake and orchestration platform. Coupa acquired Tonkean to add integrated Agentic-as-a-Service capabilities across workflow automation and execution. The deal supports Coupa’s broader push to build an agentic trade network serving more than 3,500 buyers and 10M suppliers.

Authentic Brands Group acquired Lee — Deal value: $750M

Authentic Brands Group is buying Lee with plans to convert the business into a licensing model. Lee is a denim and casual apparel business being sold by Kontoor Brands. Kontoor said the sale will let it focus investment and execution on higher-growth brands, especially Wrangler. The deal matters because it moves a well-known apparel brand into a licensing-led ownership model, with $250M in potential future payment tied to Lee’s performance.
