Insider One acquired Bluecore
Insider One is an agentic customer engagement platform. Bluecore is a retail marketing platform that creates personalized shopping experiences across digital channels and serves more than 400 US enterprise brands. The deal strengthens Insider One’s data infrastructure. It also expands Insider One’s North American enterprise footprint as the company pushes autonomous customer engagement at enterprise scale.

NMI acquired Dwolla
NMI is a global embedded payments infrastructure company. Dwolla is an API-first account-to-account payment infrastructure provider. The acquisition brings together payment acceptance, channel distribution, onboarding, merchant lifecycle management, real-time payments, open banking, and many-to-many funds flow. It gives NMI a broader embedded money movement platform with close to $700B in annual transaction volume.

The acquisition strengthens NTT DATA’s ability to help organizations operationalize AI at scale. It also expands NTT DATA’s Microsoft capabilities with more than 1,000 Azure engineers and Microsoft specialists.
