Highlights

Nourish raised $100M (Series C) led by Menlo Ventures

Nourish is a dietitian-led metabolic health clinic that pairs registered dietitians with AI-powered care support. The funding will help the company scale its nutrition-first care platform as demand grows around chronic disease and GLP-1 care. It also gives Nourish more room to expand its clinical network, deepen health plan and employer partnerships, and strengthen its technology platform.

Agency lens: The clearest near-term angles are payer/employer partner storytelling, patient education, and trust-building content around outcomes. As the platform scales nationally, agencies with healthcare communications, lifecycle, or digital product content experience could have a relevant opening.

Exa raised $250M (Series C) led by Andreessen Horowitz

Exa is building search infrastructure for AI agents and AI-powered products. The company plans to use the funding to develop more advanced models and expand infrastructure that can handle high-volume AI search demand. The raise also comes as Exa adds go-to-market leadership and serves more than 5,000 companies and 400,000 developers.

Agency lens: Exa’s expansion points to a need for sharper category storytelling around AI search infrastructure, developer adoption, and enterprise use cases. The CRO hire also makes this a relevant signal for agencies with B2B SaaS, product marketing, and technical demand gen experience.

Mercury raised $200M (Series D) led by TCV

Mercury is a fintech company building a financial operating system for startups, ecommerce brands, and small businesses. The company intends to use the funding to expand operations and development efforts. The raise also comes as Mercury transitions from a neobank model toward a fully chartered national bank after conditional OCC approval.

Agency lens: That transition creates a bigger trust, education, and positioning challenge as Mercury broadens how it explains its role in business finance. Agencies with fintech, regulated-market communications, website/content strategy, or lifecycle marketing experience should watch this one.

Socket raised $60M (Series C) led by Thrive Capital

Socket is a developer-first security platform focused on software supply chain risk. The company will use the funding to scale its platform, expand enterprise adoption, and strengthen protection against malicious open-source dependencies and AI-driven security threats. The round also values Socket at $1 billion and gives it more momentum with technology companies and Fortune 100 enterprises.

Agency lens: The enterprise adoption push creates room for clearer thought leadership, developer education, and buyer content around modern software supply chain risk. Agencies with cybersecurity, developer marketing, or technical content depth could find a relevant angle here.
