WHY THIS COULD BE INTERESTING

This is a substantial statewide communications opportunity with a defined annual budget and up to four years of potential work if renewals are exercised.

The scope is broader than PR alone: it blends strategic communications, paid media, public awareness campaigns, crisis support, stakeholder engagement, digital content, and creative production.

Complexity to watch: the Trust serves sensitive beneficiary populations and also communicates around Trust Land Office issues, so messaging, risk communication, and stakeholder nuance matter.

Best suited for public-sector or mission-driven PR/marketing agencies with health, behavioral health, land/resource, statewide campaign, and media relations experience.
